Questions
What does a typical bag cost?
A 20 lb bag is about $44 on the weekly plan or $50 as a one-time pickup. Drag the tag at the top of the page to price your own. The minimum order is $30.
How do you weigh my laundry?
At pickup. We text you a photo of the scale reading next to your bag's numbered tag, and that's the weight you pay for.
When do I pay?
You don't need a card to book. Once your pickup is confirmed, we text you a secure link to add one. It's charged when your laundry comes back.
Will my clothes be mixed with anyone else's?
No. Every customer's laundry gets its own machine.
What if something is lost or damaged?
Tell us and we'll make it right. If you're not happy with a load we rewash it free, and anything lost or damaged is covered up to $200 per order.
How does the founding rate work?

How does same-day work?
Book by noon and your laundry is back by 9pm. There are only a few same-day slots each day, so we confirm by text. Weekly plan members can upgrade any order to same-day for $10.
Do you wash comforters?
Yes. Comforters are $25 each.
Can I leave special instructions?
Yes. Add them in the notes when you book, like stains to treat, delicates or a detergent you prefer.
Can you get stains out?
We'll try our best. Tell us about the stain in your booking notes, including which item it's on, where it is, and what caused it if you know. We can't guarantee every stain comes out completely.
Do you haul junk?
No. The only thing we haul is laundry.
